Before any work begins, we establish where your organization should focus its transformation energy and why. Strategic focus areas are drawn directly from assessment findings — the 2 or 3 highest-leverage opportunities identified during the 23 days. No boiling the ocean. No enterprise-wide vision exercises. Just a clear, defensible direction grounded in what we actually found.

Next, we evaluate the artifacts you currently utilize and their relevancy:

  • Are your Value Stream Maps (VSM) and Process Maps up-to-date, providing a true picture of current workflows?

  • What is the current status of your Product Roadmap, Backlog, and Dashboards?

  • How might artificial intelligence (AI) enhance these artifacts and improve communication across the organization?

We then assess where your organization stands relative to its mission and its members:

  • What does your landscape analysis reveal about peer agencies or competing health plans — their leadership priorities, service gaps, and strategic direction?

  • What insights are you gathering from key performance indicators, member satisfaction scores, or constituent feedback channels?

  • Have you developed Member or Constituent Profiles that reflect the populations you actually serve?
