Mr. Randolph is the owner of Ni-San Consulting and has the face-to-face customer experience and knows how to “wow the customer” to create the best in customer experience.

Since 2011, Mr. Randolph’s Agile work has produced and supported, web-based user facing, “custom application software”. He currently maintains his SAFe POPM and PMP certifications.
